what You Get
We study muscle dysfunctions and movement patterns. Soft Tissue Release (STR) followed by Functional Strength Training (FST) will create optimal movements and athletic performance. We also take a look at emotional distress and how it plays a role in your movements and everyday life.Â
Programs are designed to teach everyone how to use modules to release restrictions throughout the body and stretch to realign the fascia to work properly then strengthen that new neuropathway. While attending to these: muscle restrictions, feelings of tightness, stiffness in muscles, feeling cramped, muscle pain and tension, you will also learn to regulate and learn about your emotional restrictions and how it relates to your muscular dysfunctions. We will train the body how to adapt, stabilize and strengthen new ways to combat distress through strength training. This prevents injury or reinjury both physically and mentally.Â
