Heyyy Don’t wear that!
Don’t get me wrong I love my big girls butttt….
Yes, that dress is fabulous, but not on you. Time to be brutally honest my friends. You want to fit in that, but you don’t. Now, you look bigger than you really are.
First the most obvious, avoid advertising how much ..extra “love” you have.
Be careful with patterns and certain materials, they can accentuate the parts you aren’t very proud of.
If you are a little thicker, think flowy and fitted dresses, not tight.
Proper fit with a proper flow makes you feel more confident.
Now everyone has that friend that wears things that they shouldn’t be wearing. But they are your friends and no one knows how to say…hey don’t wear that, it doesn’t look right on you. So I will.
I am short and petite, with long legs, a short torso and no boobs. There are tons of styles I see and want, but know it will not look right on me. I would look like a 12 year old boy trying to fit in grown up clothes. If you are a big girl, and I know you know you are. Those poor clothes, poor threads…screaming, to bust out of there…literally. I am speaking on behalf your clothes, on behalf of fashion. STOP squeezing yourself into clothes that do not fit you! You are sending the wrong message.
This is a lifestyle change you need to invest in. You want to wear certain trends, then you have to work for the body that trend is made for. Proper nutrition and lifting (not just the cardio machines), with the right coach and guidance, will get you there.
